Ho hum... A new layout is up :) Not the "different" one I promised earlier on, that one is still not complete. I didn't really want to put this layout up because I thought that it wasn't really that much of an improvement on the old one, and I wanted to get the new "special" layout up, but, alas, the old layout was up for too long and I had already made this one a while ago. So there ya go... Do you like it? Please comment! If you visited when we had the old layout up, please REFRESH the page to make sure that you see the new layout correctly. - Elie

I've been pretty busy... I'm working on a chemistry assignment about aluminium right now :D In relation the downtime (again), I am moving hosts. I don't care if my hosting plan isn't up, but I've recieved kind offers from Cameron of Watermelonburst and Diego of Neo-C (our affiliates) to share their hosting plan, so thanks for that :) Even though I'm busy and can't work on graphics for the site, Paul and Anna (our good friend) have shown me some new graphics that they have made. I've been working hard to fix alot of the codes on our old NP HTML Tricks, and I now have some codes for you to change the appearance of your neopets page. Although there isn't as much stuff as the old page, it should still be alot of help. I took the link to the old page off the site when Neopets changed their whole site, and until now lots of people still visit it (it is the 3rd most popular page on our site) from Google/ some other way. So, I have kept the old page with all of the old codes, and made a new improved one as well. Click here to see it. Go to the bottom of that page for the link to the old page. I'll be putting the link on the tutorials menu. Also, some exciting news from the mixed-up world of neopets. The pound will finally be opening on Monday, and pet transfers will now be possible! Hey all! I have plans for a great new layout, which will be another huge change, it will be different from this layout style (where you click a link up there ^ and the menu opens up) and it will be different from the first style (where all the links were on every page). It will be a while before I put that up though :P Anyway, no updates today, but I've been tagged by Cameron. I have to post 10 things about me and tag 10 other people. I will be tagging soon, but here are my 10 facts... 1. I live in Australia (Duh) 2. I say "the sky is falling" alot (Don't ask why) 3. I have the Sony Ericsson W580i, which I absolutely love! 4. I hate maths, but I like science and english... 5. I have a couple of assignments that I need to do... 6. Currently, my fave singers are Robyn and The Veronicas (it changes alot). 7. I have a brother and a sister. 8. I like to procrastinate (waste time) on Wikipedia. 9. I listen to radio stations more than I listen to my own music. 10. Two new pages have been put up today, Neopets UserLookups and Bebo Skins. There is one layout on each page. Paul made the userlookup and I made the bebo skin. This is just a tiny thumbnail of the userlookup:  They are our first premade layouts, so we will hopefully get better as time goes by. Let us know what you think of them! These 2 layouts now bring our content count up to 800! Woah! Well, I've removed the free cutenews hosting service, which may have been a bad idea, as a search on Google for "cutenews hosting" gives our website as the FIRST link :P ("Free cutenews hosting" shows it as the 3rd link). Any site owner (preferably an affie) who is still offering cutenews hosting, let me know and I'll be happy to link you on that page. Alot of people still go there from Google :) - Elie
I hope you all liked yesterday's new graphics :) More will be coming soon as I currently have 2 weeks holidays. Well, I was browsing through all my affiliate's websites and topsites today (as I do often) and came across this comment on Ice Cave's topsites that was just posted yesterday: "I remember when Rainbow bliss was one of those really big, famous sites." And I just thought "wow!". Somebody thinks our site was really big and famous. In a way, that actually made me happy to think that the site has been appeciated by some, even though I always wanted the site to get more popular as I was always thinking that its not yet good enough. Well, anyway, it got me thinking. RB has had its time to shine, and now its gone pretty down low (in terms of numbers of visitors), so I really want to revive it and get it popular again. So yeah, that'll mean more updates and stuff. And we'll be adding some userlookups soon too! On another note, I want to warn all website owers using cutenews: Beware of hackers! Delete the search.php file in your cutenews folder NOW! It allows hackers to gain access to your cutenews system, and can allow them to set up a way into your whole site! And, most people aren't using that file anyway! Also, I am really interested in adding blog-type posts to the site. Not long ones, just short and sweet ones. What do you all think? Take Care! - Elie
Woah! Finally some new graphics! Well, I've added 5 Welcome Signs and 1 Mother's Day banner. Some examples (these are just thumbnails of the graphics)...  A pretty nice welcome sign :) There is another 2 similar to it, so go have a look!  A pretty simple-looking welcome banner, but I think it creates a really nice effect. The top of it (where the bird overlaps the banner) is transparent so it should look pretty good on a page with a coloured background. Let me know what you think (in the comments)!  And the mother's day banner. Don't forget mother's day is in 1 month (in Australia, Canada and the US plus some other countires)! - Elie
