Rules:
- We only affiliate with free graphics sites. They can be any kind of graphics for neopets, webpages or desktops. Neohelp sites may also be accepted, depending on what the site offers.
- You need to have a fair amount of content already, including a good amount of graphics/ tutorials. At least 20 pages finished on your site. No sites that are still under construction.
- Do not copy other peoples graphics or layouts. If you have not made your own site layout, then please do not apply.
- You need to have our link up within a maximum of 2 days of being accepted.
- NO POP-UPS!!! There are free hosts that don't put pop-ups on your site...
- Link us from somewhere on your layout, not a links page.
- No unsuitable content (like nudity, bad language, that kind of stuff).
- We would prefer it if you had less than 20 other affiliates. This isn't a requirement, but we do prefer it :)
- Our link must not be in a scroller or marquee!
We are going to be a bit more stingy for new affiliate applications from now on. We are getting alot more applications everyday, and our list is growing too much.
