Putting the backgrounds on your webpage:
Copy the code in the text box, then paste it in a HTML editor. To find out where to put the codes on neopets, go to the FAQs.

Setting the backgrounds as wallpapers:
Using IE and windows: Right click on the background and click on 'set as background'. All of the backgrounds look best when set as 'tile'. You can make it tile by minimizing any open windows and right-clicking on your desktop. Click on 'properties' and then select the 'desktop' tab on the top. To the right, select the 'position' as 'tile'. Then press 'OK'.
Using Firefox and windows: Right click on the background and click on 'view background image', then right click on the picture and click 'set as wallpaper...'. In the small window that comes up, set the position as 'tile' and click 'set wallpaper'.

The 3 codes:
Non-Scrolling Backgrounds are backgrounds that do not move with the page when you scroll down or up.
Scrolling Backgrounds are backgrounds that do move with the page as you scroll.
Neopets Backgrounds are for use on your neopets pages (lookups, shops, etc.) They work in guilds, but don't look as good. Remember to make sure the viewer can always see the text on your neopets page. If a background makes it hard to read, try changing the font colour.
