To use these Right-click on the image and select 'Save Picture As...' or 'Save Image As...' and save it. Then go to paint or an image editor and add text or whatever to it. When you finish with it save it and upload it to a free image host (eg. photobucket). Copy the URL from the host and paste it in place of URL in one of the codes below. If you use the link code replace the LINKURL to whatever webpage you want it to link to.
